Fresno Fairgrounds located at 1121 S. Chance Avenue, Fresno, California, near downtown Fresno.  The track area is completely covered in asphalt so if you want a soft surface, bring it with you.  There are new permanent restrooms in the pit area and plenty of areas to refill water jugs.

If you bring your RV, there are limited hook-ups through the Fresno Fairgrounds.  You can call (559) 650-3247 for reservations. The fee is only $20.  If your staying in your RV in the pits, you can stay for FREE!  All we ask is that you have a good time and be courteous to your neighbors (no loud generators at night).

The track is a temporary course set up by using club owned Scribner barriers, cones and temporary fencing.  This is a unique track for the Nationals as it will be the first time there is no home-field advantage for the local drivers.  The tracks that the club have set up in the past have been about a half-mile creating about a .43 second lap for Yamahas.  They have all been challenging and provide many passing opportunities.  The track is normally very wide with a very tricky surface with two completely different grip levels from one end to the other.  We suspect that the drivers will really enjoy the layout.

The Fairgrounds are located adjacent to Kings Canyon Avenue which is has all of the corporate fast food restaurants as well as several mom and pop restaurants.  Groceries are only minutes away to the east and there are lots of things to do while in town.  There are two water parks (The Island in Fresno and Wild Water Adventures in Clovis and lots of shopping opportunities.  If you can't get enough racing, there are several local tracks racing both Friday and Saturday nights (Madera Speedway, Lemoore Raceway, Plaza Park in Visalia and Kings Speedway in Hanford).

The official hotel is the Airport Holiday Inn about 10 minutes from the track.  Contact them at (559) 455-2508 and ask for the Grand National Rate.
